be our next charity partner
Becoming the YuleFest Charity Partner can be very rewarding for your charity and open you up to lots of fundraising opportunities throughout the year.
As the Official YuleFest Charity Partner you will have your logo on all of our marketing material that we send out. This is both press, social media and through our website.
Our Social Media accounts reach over 3,500 people.
Our posts are shared to other social media pages/groups with over 12,000 members between them.
Our Website is viewed by 45,000 people, each year.
We advertise in the local magazine which is distributed to over 11,000 households.
Your chairty logo will also feature on banners and posters circulated around the local area as well as the YuleFest live stage on the event day giving you a wide range of marketing opportunities & exposure.
As well as these areas your charity will feature on YuleFest.co.uk with a page about your charity and how people can get involved and in contact with you.
As part of you being our Charity Partner you will also be given a 3m x 3m premium stall space at the event on 7th December 2019. This will give you the opportunity to capture over 4000 people who attend the event and let them know more about the great work you do.
You will also have the festival footprint to be able to collect donations for your charity on the day.
what we need
As a non-profit organisation ourselves, we require the support of our Charity Partner in areas where possible in order to help gain more fundraising and awareness of our event.
This may be with help with our pre/after events. These would be fundraising based events where proceeds will be divided between YuleFest and our Charity Partner. For this, we may require help from any volunteers or team members you may have.
We also require the use of your charity number for a reduction in service costs from Croydon Council. This would be the application of a traffic management order in order to close the road down, as well as other services we may use for the event where a charity reduction in cost will be applicable.
We must stress at no point does the charity become liable for any part of the event or services/cost incurred by the organising committee. This is solely for the purpose of reduced costs. The charities name is never used as the applicant for any services we use.
If you are a charity who has numerous volunteers we may well ask for the use of your volunteers for stewarding purposes on the day of the event also.
enter the charity ballot
With numerous requests each year to become our Official Charity Partner, the fairest way we have found is to have a ballot.
Your charity will go into a ballot and a random charity will be selected.
This year's selection date is Friday 28th June 2019
All applications must be in before midnight on the 26th June 2019 to be included in the ballot.
